Avalon at seven meadows isn't shy about outstanding amenities. In this author's personal opinion is the best golf course in Katy.
It weaves through a creek, wooded areas, and even opens up in a vast
way similar to a links course while constantly changing levels.
Schools
About Katy Independent School District (KISD) offers outstanding programs,
facility, and facilities. KISD students consistently score well above the
national average on standardized test, as well as college entrance exams
such as but not limited to the SAT's. More than 80% of high school graduates
in KISD go on to college. Katy ISD offers an outstanding instructional
educational program with facilities, equipment and materials that are among
the best in the state. Currently children of Avalon attend Odessa Kilpatrick
elementary school, Beckendorff junior high, and Seven Lakes high school. A
new elementary school, new junior high school and a new high school one mile
down Fry Road from Avalon at Seven meadows are all currently in construction.
