CAROL FUSCO, Making Real Estate Services Simple

Real Estate has been a part of my life since I was in High School. I am originally from New York where I began my legal career working with law firms such as Phillips, Nizer, Benjamin, Krim and Ballon and corporations such as Time Equities, Inc. and Chase Manhattan Bank.

I moved to the Katy area in 1998. My children, Mitchell and Jenna attend Katy schools and we live in Cinco Ranch.

I obtained my Texas real estate license in 2000 and worked with Keller Williams and Realty Executives. I did not like spending so much time on activities that would take time away from my clients because I needed to look for the next lead. That is when I founded my own company Realty Pros of Texas in 2006.

I wanted to create an environment where the majority of the agent's time is spent on current clients by generating a steady source of referral business. This frees us to focus on what matters most making sure that everything is in place for a smooth home-buying experience and a happy ending that clients will repeat to their friends & family over and over.

A REALTOR's job is not just to show you homes or market your home for sale. It is to help you make an important decision with regard to what is probably your largest asset. It is also the REALTORS® responsibility to keep you informed as to what is happening in the market and to know your specific market statistics. My experience speaks for itself. I am one of the few REALTORS® that can say - -been there, done that.
